Day 3: Lazy morning

Since we didn’t have any driving to do today, we chose to have a lazy morning. We took our time getting up and getting ready, and then we drove to a locally owned bakery and café called Beyond Bread. They have several types of freshly baked bread and sweets, and we had a filling breakfast and a treat. He had an omelet and potato pancakes, and I had an egg sandwich and roasted potatoes. For our treat, we shared an éclair and a glass of orange juice. They definitely had their own style and a bit of a twist on some classic dishes, but everything tasted good, and we left stuffed. I was only a bit disappointed that they didn’t have any chai, and the free WiFi was only available before 10am and after 2pm (we got there at about 10 minutes before 10am).
