Before we left Orange County, we had to make a stop at Filling Station for breakfast. We had been there before, but we couldn’t pass through without making it part of our trip. It is an old gas station that has been converted into a diner that serves hearty portions of classic breakfasts. I got the banana pancake breakfast, which came with eggs and bacon, and he got the bacon and eggs breakfast, which came with hash browns and toast. Both were delicious, and my husband says the coffee was good. Our only complaint is that the orange juice tasted a bit like Tang.
